Greg Morris Cards is one of the Nation’s Premier Authorities on Trading Cards. Since 2008, They have grown to be one of eBay’s ten largest sellers in the United States by volume across all categories. GMC has 100% positive eBay feedback on nearly 250,000 individual transactions. At any given time, they have more than 20,000 cards listed on eBay. Being a dominant name in trading cards, the team at GMC sought to amplify their online presence. We undertook the challenge of harmonizing their newly redesigned website with the distinct operational mechanics of eBay. Our mission was to create a front-end interface that seamlessly encapsulated eBay’s functionality within their website.

The Challenge
The crux of this venture lay in merging two divergent platforms—GMC’s redesigned website and eBay’s operational infrastructure. The focal challenge was crafting a front-end interface that elegantly presented eBay’s mechanics while coexisting within GMC’s website. The intricate dance between aesthetics and functionality demanded creative innovation.
The Results
Our solution rewrote the narrative, empowering GMC to manage users and customers directly through their website. eBay transitioned from a central operational hub to a complementary client, handling transactions and checkout. This strategic shift harnessed website traffic, providing GMC with unprecedented control and ease of interaction. Our commitment to inclusive design extended across all devices, ensuring accessibility and a seamless experience for every user.
